1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging our welding and metal fabrication services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Growth Automations Welding provides professional welding, metal fabrication, and related services. The specific scope of work will be detailed in individual project quotes and agreements.

3. Quotes and Pricing

  • All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
  • Prices are subject to change based on material costs and project scope changes
  • A deposit may be required before work begins
  • Additional work outside the original scope will be quoted separately

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your project agreement. Generally:

  • Deposits are non-refundable once materials are ordered
  • Balance is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed
  • Late payments may incur additional fees
  • We accept cash, check, and major credit cards

5. Project Timeline

We strive to complete all projects within the agreed timeline. However, delays may occur due to:

  • Material availability or supply chain issues
  • Weather conditions for on-site work
  • Changes to project scope requested by the client
  • Circumstances beyond our control

6. Warranty

We stand behind our work. All welding and fabrication work is warranted against defects in workmanship for a period specified in your project agreement. This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from misuse, neglect, or accidents
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Modifications made by others
  • Environmental damage or corrosion

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our operations.

8. Safety Compliance

All work is performed in compliance with applicable safety regulations and industry standards. Clients are responsible for providing a safe work environment for on-site projects.

9. Intellectual Property

Custom designs and fabrication plans created by Growth Automations Welding remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You receive a license to use the completed work for its intended purpose.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
